Exchanges & Returns: We hate to hear when something doesn’t work out for you, as our goal is for you to love it. Need a smaller or larger size? Don’t love the style? Sale items, candles, jewelry, headbands and personalized items are FINAL SALE. STORE CREDIT is issued via gift card and is valid in store and online. NO REFUNDS issued at this time.
*PLEASE NOTE* Clothing items must not have been worn or show signs of wear/be damaged and home decor items must not show signs of use. When exchanging/returning an item it must include the tag and you must have the receipt. We take all precautions when packaging your order to make sure it is packed with the best of care. We inspect all items before sending to make sure none are damaged before mailing them out. When exchanging or returning an item, please include photos of the damages if you are returning an online order.

The cost to return/exchange is your responsibility. Unfortunately at this time, we do not provide labels or cover the costs of returns and exchange expenses.
Sugar Bean Boutique is NOT responsible for items lost when returning them, or the cost of return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking with your item and keeping your shipping receipts.
