Sugar Bean Boutique was established in 2018. Founded by Casey Lathem-Hearn, out of her love for classic & preppy style. Casey graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Professional Communication and currently resides in Panama City, Florida with her husband Mark and pup, Hank.
